Agent Authority & Delegation Binding Sprint

Bind the authority you delegate to each agent to that agent's identity.

A one-off sprint, delivered with you, that binds the authority your organisation delegates to its agents to their ECZ-IDs. Purchase starts your engagement and written intake. The authority stays yours: it is delegated inside your own systems, and ECZ-ID never grants or enforces it.

For agent operators

Why it matters when the subject is an AI agent.

A reviewer's second question, after which agent this is, is what it has been allowed to do and who allowed it. The sprint works with you to tie the delegations you have already made — through your OAuth, IAM, MCP and API configuration — to each agent's ECZ-ID, so the answer can be read rather than reconstructed.

The questions it helps answer

  • How do we bind the authority we delegate to each agent's identity?
  • Where does each delegation live — which OAuth, IAM, MCP and API configuration — and how is a change recorded?

Plans and state

Every plan, its state and its own TrustOps action.

Each plan is read from TrustOps' public catalogue: what it costs, whether it can be started today, and the route TrustOps itself publishes for it. Payment never changes your ECZ-ID.

Prices in GBP. VAT is not charged. States, prices and actions are TrustOps', read from its public catalogue when this site was built; TrustOps confirms them when you act.

Fit

Who it is for, and what changes.

Best for

  • Teams binding delegated authority to agent identities.
  • Organisations that need delegation documented before a customer or reviewer asks for it.

Outcomes

  • Delegated authority bound to agent identities.
  • A clearer starting point for ECZ-ID Intent, KYA Authority or the Agent Authority Kit.

Inside

What is included, and how it works.

What is included

  • A one-off sprint, delivered with you.
  • A written intake that belongs to your signed-in ECZ-ID account.
  • Its state and price below are TrustOps' own.

How it works

  1. Start it in TrustOps. Purchase starts your engagement and written intake.
  2. Map the authority your organisation has delegated, and where each delegation lives in your own systems.
  3. Bind it to each agent's ECZ-ID. Payment reserves no start date.
  4. What it produces builds on your ECZ-IDs without changing them.

Use cases

The agent scenarios it serves.

Each opens the use-case library, with everything that serves the scenario and the limit that applies.

Boundaries

What the FREE Passport already gives you, and what this never does.

Already included free

The agents' persistent ECZ-IDs, their operator relationship and their public Resolver records are free, and no engagement changes them.

£0 · No card required · Permanent, not a trial.

What it never does

  • Authority is delegated by your organisation inside its own systems. The sprint documents and binds it; ECZ-ID never grants, enforces or revokes it.
  • Payment starts intake; it proves, certifies and completes nothing.
  • Buying an engagement does not create or change an ECZ-ID, a Business Passport tier or a plan.
  • No engagement is a certification.
  • Identifying an agent is not controlling it. ECZ-ID does not authorise, restrict, supervise, pause or stop what an agent does — its operator and the party relying on it stay responsible for that.

Proof and questions

Resolve before reliance.

How a reviewer checks it

  • The Resolver is the live public record — the route to current ECZ-ID proof, read when you check it.
  • The machine-readable record is the same record, projected for software.
  • A badge or QR code is a route back to that live record, never a copy of it.
  • Re-check before reliance. State can change between the moment a badge is drawn and the moment an agent acts.
