ECZ-ID Intent Control

Evaluate a proposed action against authority, the Intent, policy and optional counterparty context.

ECZ-ID Intent Control evaluates a proposed action against authority, the Intent, policy and optional counterparty context. Its decisions are EVALUATED, never ENFORCED: the decision is returned to your systems, and they decide what happens next.

ECZ-ID Intent Control Essential · £29.99 per month · Paid · Open

For agent operators

Why it matters when the subject is an AI agent.

When an agent proposes to act — call a tool, pay a counterparty, change a record — Intent Control evaluates the proposal against the authority your organisation has delegated, the Intent it is acting under, your policy and, if you supply it, what is known about the counterparty. It returns a decision for your own systems to act on; whether the action goes ahead stays with them.

The questions it helps answer

  • Is this proposed action inside the authority and the Intent we set?
  • What does our policy say about it, given who the counterparty is?
  • What decision was returned, and on what basis?

Plans and state

Every plan, its state and its own TrustOps action.

Each plan is read from TrustOps' public catalogue: what it costs, whether it can be started today, and the route TrustOps itself publishes for it. Payment never changes your ECZ-ID.

Fit

Who it is for, and what changes.

Best for

  • Teams that want proposed agent actions evaluated against a written Intent before their own systems act.
  • Organisations that keep authority, Intent and policy in one place.
  • Platforms that need one decision vocabulary across many agents.

Outcomes

  • A decision for each proposed action, evaluated against authority, the Intent, policy and optional counterparty context.
  • Protected entities, hosted decisions and policy syncs sized to your plan.
  • One place where the authorised boundary and its evaluation meet.

Inside

What is included, and how it works.

What is included

  • Protected entities, hosted decisions and policy syncs, sized by plan; TrustOps states each plan's allowance.
  • Evaluation against authority, the Intent, policy and optional counterparty context.
  • Essential, Pro and Business plans, monthly or annual prepaid, in the states TrustOps lists below.

How it works

  1. Write the Intent with ECZ-ID Intent, authorised by an owner or administrator.
  2. Sync your policy and choose the Passports Intent Control protects.
  3. Your systems submit a proposed action and receive a decision with its basis.
  4. Your systems decide what happens next. The decision is EVALUATED, never ENFORCED.

Boundaries

What the FREE Passport already gives you, and what this never does.

Already included free

Nothing of this product is part of the free Passport — but the persistent ECZ-ID, the accountable operator and the public Resolver record it builds on always are.

What it never does

  • Decisions are EVALUATED, never ENFORCED: Intent Control returns a decision, and your systems decide what happens.
  • Payment authorises nothing, and holding a Passport is never an authorisation.
  • It changes no ECZ-ID, no Parent tier, no Passport assurance and no Resolver record.
  • Protected places are not Active Entity Capacity and never use it.
  • Identifying an agent is not controlling it. ECZ-ID does not authorise, restrict, supervise, pause or stop what an agent does — its operator and the party relying on it stay responsible for that.

  • Authorised Intent

    ECZ-ID Intent

ECZ-ID Intent defines the authorised objective, constraints and validity of what a Passport may do. An Intent is authorised only by an owner or administrator of your organisation — nobody authorises their own request — and payment authorises nothing.

Boundary: Payment authorises nothing. Only an owner or administrator authorises an Intent, and nobody authorises their own request.
