For agent operators

Why it matters when the subject is an AI agent.

Governing agents at enterprise scale means knowing which agents exist, who is accountable for each, what authority each has been delegated and how a change is recorded. A pilot lets you work through that with us on a scoped part of the estate before committing the rest of it.

The questions it helps answer

  • How would agent governance work across our estate, before we commit to it?
  • Which of KYA Authority, ECZ-ID Intent, Intent Control and Receipts would our estate need, and when?

Plans and state

Every plan, its state and its own TrustOps action.

Each plan is read from TrustOps' public catalogue: what it costs, whether it can be started today, and the route TrustOps itself publishes for it. Payment never changes your ECZ-ID.

Inside

What is included, and how it works.

What is included

  • A scoped pilot, delivered with you.
  • By arrangement: TrustOps' state for it is shown below, with its own route to start procurement.

How it works

  1. Start procurement in TrustOps.
  2. Agree the pilot's scope with us.
  3. The pilot is delivered with you, on your organisation's ECZ-ID and its Agent Passports.

Build with it

The technical reference lives on the Developer Gateway.

This site explains in plain English. Schemas, fields and integration are defined on the Developer Gateway, so they are linked rather than restated.

Use cases

The agent scenarios it serves.

Each opens the use-case library, with everything that serves the scenario and the limit that applies.

Boundaries

What the FREE Passport already gives you, and what this never does.

Already included free

The agents' persistent ECZ-IDs, their operator relationship and their public Resolver records are free, and no engagement changes them.

£0 · No card required · Permanent, not a trial.

What it never does

  • Commercial entitlement only: identity, the Resolver record and the free baseline are never changed by buying, cancelling, refunding or exhausting it.
  • A pilot governs nothing on its own: authority is delegated and enforced inside your own systems.
  • No engagement is a certification.
  • Identifying an agent is not controlling it. ECZ-ID does not authorise, restrict, supervise, pause or stop what an agent does — its operator and the party relying on it stay responsible for that.

Proof and questions

Resolve before reliance.

How a reviewer checks it

  • The Resolver is the live public record — the route to current ECZ-ID proof, read when you check it.
  • The machine-readable record is the same record, projected for software.
  • A badge or QR code is a route back to that live record, never a copy of it.
  • Re-check before reliance. State can change between the moment a badge is drawn and the moment an agent acts.
