The products around an agent create receipts as they work. ECZ-ID Receipts decides how many of those your organisation keeps, and for how long, in its own Receipts Vault — so when a reviewer asks what was recorded about an agent and when, the receipt is still there to search.

  2. A Receipts plan retains new receipts in your organisation's Receipts Vault each month.
  3. You search the vault within the plan's retention period.
  4. Verifying a receipt is free, whatever plan you hold.

What it never does

  • Payment creates a commercial entitlement only. It never makes a receipt valid, verified, anchored or signed.
  • A receipt shows what was recorded and when. It is not objective external truth, and it carries no compliance or public-proof guarantee.
  • Public retrieval of a receipt is not open yet.
  • It changes no ECZ-ID, no Parent tier and no Resolver record.
  • Identifying an agent is not controlling it. ECZ-ID does not authorise, restrict, supervise, pause or stop what an agent does — its operator and the party relying on it stay responsible for that.
