PulseGuard is not released. The prices, allowances and boundaries below are published so you can plan against real numbers, but nothing on this page can be bought or enrolled today.
Your free Agent Passport already re-evaluates current state on demand, and that does not depend on this product ever shipping.
The free baseline
Every free Passport already gets current state, when someone asks.
What happens today, at £0
- Current state is evaluated on demand, driven by an event — someone opening the record, or a re-check from the Publish Kit.
- The evaluation happens because a real party actually asked, at the moment they asked, and the answer carries the time it was read.
- Public Resolver reads and public machine-readable records are never metered, never authenticated and never counted against any allowance.
What does not happen today
- There is no unconditional scheduled monitoring for free identities. Nothing runs on a timer on your behalf unless you have enrolled it.
- So nobody is watching a record you never opened, and a change that happens while nobody is looking is discovered on the next read rather than pushed to you.
- That gap is exactly what PulseGuard is for. It is not a capability withheld from the free tier to create one.
What the paid tiers add
The schedule, and an allowance for running it.

These are published list prices for a product that has not been released. There is no checkout for them on this property and no waiting list you are joining by reading this. If scheduled monitoring is a hard requirement for you, tell us what you need it to do and we will tell you honestly where it is.

Prices are GBP list prices and monthly is the default. VAT is handled separately where it applies.

A floor is a floor. It is never a credit you add on top.

The rule
Your effective allowance is the larger of the two, never the sum:
effective = MAX(parent floor, purchased tier)
An ASSURED Parent on STARTER has 50 monitors and 50,000 enhanced evaluations — not 75 and not 75,000. The floor did not add anything, because the tier was already above it.
When a floor actually matters
When it is larger than what you hold — which, given that STARTER already exceeds both floors, means when you hold no monitoring tier at all. A VERIFIED Parent that buys nothing here has 10 monitors and 10,000 evaluations; an ASSURED Parent that buys nothing here has 25 and 25,000.
That is the whole purpose of a floor: a strengthened organisation is not left with nothing watching its records.
Floors arrive with a Parent tier and are not sold here. Buying monitoring confers no Parent tier, and no tier changes what is true about an agent. A VERIFIED or ASSURED Parent does not verify the agent. The parent organisation's identity is verified. The machine is not.
The boundary
What it watches, and what it structurally cannot see.
It watches published identity state
The fields the Resolver already publishes for an enrolled identity or binding — lifecycle state, the operator relationship, the declared bindings and their provenance — re-evaluated on a schedule, with a record of what changed and when.
It is not agent runtime telemetry
It does not observe your agent running. No prompts, no completions, no traffic, no source code, and no access to the systems your agent calls. Nothing is instrumented and no agent is asked to report in.
It is not an execution control
ECZ-ID stays outside the execution path. It does not broker your agent's calls, hold its credentials, or sit between it and the systems it uses. PulseGuard never blocks, throttles, quarantines or gates anything. It tells you a published record moved. ECZ-ID tells you what is published and by whom. What that is worth in your context is your policy's decision, not ours.
A change is not a verdict
A change on a record is a change on a record, and nothing more. The record is not proof. It publishes what is currently declared and what evidence exists, with the time it was read. Re-check the live record before you rely on it.
Your ECZ-ID does not change. Enrolling an identity in monitoring, letting a tier lapse, or never taking one at all leaves every identifier, record and resolver page exactly as it was.
You do not need this to publish an identity.
